New Delhi, 17 March 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Ms. Rubina Ali, CSS, presently working as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Civil Aviation as Joint Secretary & CEO in National Trust for the Welfare of Persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation & Multiple Disabilities in Department of Empowerment of persons with disability, on lateral shift basis with immediate effect for a tenure upto 31.12.2026 i.e. date of superannuation or until further orders.
