New Delhi, 16 March 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the State Government of Gujarat for waiving off the condition of extended cooling off in respect of Shri Ajay Kumar, IAS (GJ:2006), presently posted as Secretary to Chief Minister of Gujarat, consequent of his premature repatriation to his parent cadre.
