New Delhi, 06 August 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved repatriation of Shri Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, IAS (AGMUT:97), Additional Secretary, Department of Personnel & Training, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions to his parent cadre on the request of Ministry of Home Affairs with imposition of extended ‘cooling off’.
