Lucknow, 22 September 2026: The UP Government has transferred 10 senior Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers in an administrative reshuffle, the list includes following officers:
- Amit Kumar Ghosh: Shifted from Medical Health, Family Welfare, and Medical Education to Additional Chief Secretary (ACS), Higher Education.
- V. Hekali Zhimomi: Moved from Forest, Environment, and Climate Change to Principal Secretary (PS), Medical Health, Family Welfare, and Medical Education.
- Ranvir Prasad: Appointed as Principal Secretary, Energy and Additional Energy Sources, alongside chairman roles for UPPCL, UPPTCL, UPSLDC, and UP Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited.
- Dr. Ashish Kumar Goyal (Ashish Kumar Goel): Transferred from the Energy Department and UPPCL chairmanship to Additional Chief Secretary, Labour and Employment.
- Amrit Abhijat: Retained his role as ACS for Tourism, Culture, and Religious Endowments while gaining the additional charge of ACS, Transport.
- Anil Kumar: Moved from Panchayati Raj (Panchayati Raj) to Principal Secretary, Food and Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs, and Commissioner of Food & Supplies.
- Mahendra Prasad Agrawal: Appointed as Principal Secretary, Forest, Environment, and Climate Change.
- M.K.S. Sundaram: Assigned as Principal Secretary, Agriculture.
- Ravindra: Appointed as Principal Secretary, Panchayati Raj.
- Amit Gupta: PS, Stamp and Registration, given the additional charge of PS, Technical Education.
