New Delhi, 11 December 2025: The Competent Authority has approved the proposal of Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways for re-designation of the post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways presently held by Ms. Harleen Kaur, IAS (AGMUT: 2012), as Director, as a measure personal to her with effect from 01.01.2026 or the date of assumption of charge of the re-designated post, whichever is later and for a period up to 21.08.2030 i.e. total admissible tenure of five years under the Central Staffing Scheme.
