New Delhi, 11 December 2025: The Competent Authority has approved the proposal of Department of Personnel & Training for re-designation of the post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Personnel & Training presently held by Ms. Yashu Rustagi, IAS (UP: 2012), as Director, as a measure personal to her with effect from 01.01.2026 or the date of assumption of charge of the re-designated post, whichever is later and for a period up to 21.09.2028 i.e. total admissible tenure of five years under the Central Staffing Scheme.
