Shri Manoj Joshi, IAS (KL:89), Secretary, Department of Land Resources, Ministry of Rural Development as Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers vice Shri Amit Agrawal, IAS (CG:93) upon his appointment as Secretary, Department of Telecommunications;
Ms. V. Vidyavathi, IAS (KN:91), Secretary, Ministry of Tourism as Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment;
Shri Neeraj Mittal, IAS (TN:92), Secretary, Department of Telecommunications as Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas vice Shri Pankaj Jain, IAS (AM:90) with effect from the date on which Shri Jain demits office to assume the charge as Member Secretary, Eighth Central Pay Commission;
Shri Amit Agrawal, IAS (CG:93), Secretary, Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers as Secretary, Department of Telecommunications vice Shri Neeraj Mittal, IAS (TN:92) upon his appointment as Secretary, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas.
Shri Sunil Paliwal, AS (TN:93), Chairperson, Chennai Port Trust as Chairman, Inland Waterways Authority of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India by temporarily upgrading the post to Secretary level,
Shri Srivatsa Krishna, IAS (KN:94), presently in the cadre as Scretary, Ministry of Tourism vice Ms. V. Vidyavathi, IAS (KN:91) upon her appointment as Secretary, Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment; and
Shri Atish Chandra, IAS (BH:94), Special Secretary, Prime Minister’s Ofice as Officer on Special Duty, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India, w.e.f. 01.02.2026. The officer will take over as Secretary, Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare vice Shri Devesh Chaturvedi, lAS (UP:89) upon his superannuation on 28.02.2026.
