New Delhi, 24 November 2025: The Appointment Committee of Cabinet has approved the Extension of tenure of Dr. Rajiv Mani, ILS, Secretary, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law & Justice for a period w.e.f. 09.01.2026 up to 31.07.2028, i.e. till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders.
Also, Entrustment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs to Dr. Rajiv Mani, ILS, Secretary, Legislative Department, Ministry of Law & Justice on relieving of Dr. Anju Rathi Rana, ILS till the appointment of a regular incumbent to the post or until further orders.
