New Delhi, 22 June 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Home Affairs for extension of central deputation tenure of Ms. Sheetal Verma, IAS (UP:2007), Director of Census Operations (DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration (OCR), Uttar Pradesh under the Ministry of Home Affairs, for an overall period upto 30.06.2027 or until further order.
