New Delhi, 11 June 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Tourism for extension of central deputation tenure of Suvasish Das, Indian Forest Services (AM : 2005), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India for a period of two years beyond 06.06.2026 or until further orders.
