New Delhi, 09 June 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the proposal for appointment of Shri Navneet Kumar, ICAS (2014) as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Electronics & Information Technology, Railways and Information and Broadcasting (Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw) in the M/o Electronics & Information Technology at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of four years with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to functions as OSD to the Minister or until further orders.
