New Delhi, 26 December 2025: Hon’ble Minister of State Dr. Jitendra Singh launched a set of key governance and capacity-building initiatives aimed at strengthening transparency, efficiency and digital transformation in public administration, reaffirming the Government’s focus on technology-enabled and citizen-centric reforms.
The initiatives include the Compendium of Guidelines on Reservation for Ex-Servicemen, AI-Powered Recruitment Rules Generator Tool, eHRMS 2.0 Mobile Application, new AI-enabled features on the iGOT Karmayogi Platform, and the Karmayogi Digital Learning Lab 2.0.
These reforms will enable standardised and faster recruitment processes, enhance employee experience through seamless digital HR services, and strengthen continuous learning and competency-based capacity building across the civil services reinforcing the Government’s commitment to responsive, accountable and efficient governance.
