New Delhi, 17 December 2025: The Competent Authority has approved the proposal for re-designation of the post of Deputy Secretary in the Department of Defence Production presently held by Ms. Karamjeet Kaur, IES (2012), as a measure personal to her with effect from 01.01.2026 or the date of assumption of charge of the re-designated post, whichever is later and for a period up to 22.11.2029 i.e. total admissible tenure of five years under the Central Staffing Scheme.
