New Delhi, 11 December 2025: The Competent Authority has approved the proposal for re-designation of the post of Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Defence presently held by Shri Komaljit Meena, IRS (IT:2012), as Director, in the Ministry of Defence as a measure personal to him with effect from 01.01.2026 or the date of assumption of charge of the re-designated post, whichever is later and for a period up to 05.03.2030 i.e. total admissible tenure of five years under the Central Staffing Scheme.
