New Delhi, 24 November 2025: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the recommendations of the Civil Services Board for lateral Shift of Shri Parthasarathy Bhaskar Devarakonda, IRS (C&IT:2012), presently working as Deputy Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances as Deputy Secretary in the Cabinet Secretariat under the Central Staffing Scheme on ‘lateral shift’ basis for a tenure upto 22.06.2026 or until further orders.
