New Delhi, 14 November 2025: The Competent Authority has approved assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances and Department of Pensions & Pensioners Welfare to Ms. Rachna Shah, lAS (KL:1991), Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, upon repatriation of present incumbent and till the appointment of a regular incumbent or until further orders.
