New Delhi, 21 December 2023: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal
for promotion of 98 Scientists/Engineers to the grade of Scientific Officer/Engineer ‘H’, 34 Scientists /Engineers to the grade of ‘Outstanding Scientist’ and 06 Scientists/Engineers to the grade of ‘Distinguished Scientist’, under Merit Promotion Scheme (MPS).
