New Delhi, 20 May 2026: Appointment of Joint Directors in the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the Department of Higher Education. Based on the recommendations of the Civil Services Board, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the following proposal:
(i) Appointment of Shri Akash Jain, IRS {IT) (2013) as Joint Director in the National Testing Agency {NTA) under the Department of Higher Education on ‘Lateral Shift’ basis for a tenure upto 04.12.2029 (i.e. balance period of four years deputation tenure under Central Staffing Scheme at Deputy Secretary level) or until further orders.
(ii) Appointment of Shri Aditya Rajendra Bhojgadhiya IA&AS (2013) as Joint Director in the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the D/o Higher Education under the central staffing scheme on lateral shift basis for tenure upto 16.05.2028 or until further orders.
