New Delhi, 21 January 2026: The Competent Authority has approved the proposal for re-designation of the post of Private Secretary (at Deputy Secretary level) to the Minister for Culture and Tourism (Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat) in the Ministry of Culture presently held by Shri Vishal Gupta, lAS (GJ:2012), as Private Secretary (at Director level) to the same Minister in the Ministry of Culture as a measure personal to him with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the redesi9nated post, and for a period up to 05.06.2030 or on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as Private Secretary to the Minister or until further orders.
