New Delhi, 12 May 2025: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved appointment of Ms. Nidhi Chhibber, IAS (CG:94), Additional Secretary, NITI Aayog as Director General, Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office, NITI Aayog in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India by temporarily upgrading the post as a measure personal to the officer and by keeping the extant recruitment guidelines of the post in abeyance.
Her appointment as Officer on Special Duty, Ministry of Food Processing Industries vide order No. 36/01/2025-EO(SM-1) dated 18.04.2025 stands cancelled.
