ACC has Approved the Promotion of 3 IAS Officer as Additional Secretary, under Ministry of GoI

New Delhi, 22 April 2024: The ACC has also approved in-situ upgradation of the following officers to the
level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India as a measure personal to them by temporarily upgrading the posts held by them:

1. Ms. Aradhana Patnaik, lAS (JH:98), Joint Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare as Additional Secretary, Department of Health & Family Welfare.
2. Ms. Himani Pande, lAS (JH:98), Joint Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade as Additional Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade.
3. Shri Kamal Kishore Soan, lAS (JH:98), Joint Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Labour & Employment
