New Delhi, 05 July 2024: The Competent Authority has approved the appointment of Shri Lingraj Panda, IAS (OD:2015), as Deputy Secretary in the Department of School Education & Literacy, Delhi under the Central Staffing Scheme for a period of four years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders.
