New Delhi, 10 December 2024: The Govt. of India appointed Shri Sanjay Malhotra (IAS) as Next Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor after present Governor Shri Shaktikant Das (IAS) retirement. Shri Sanjay Malhotra worked with different key departments under Govt. of India and one of the senior bureaucrat of Rajasthan Cadre and working with Ministry of Finance. He is IIT Kanpur Graduate in Computer Science and earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from Princeton University, USA.
