New Delhi, 17 March 2026: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Union Public Service Commission for extension in the central deputation tenure under the Central Staffing Scheme of Shri Santosh Gopal Ajmera, IInfoS (2008), Joint Secretary (Director Level), Union Public Service Commission for a period of two years beyond 25.02.2026 and upto 25.02.2028 or until further orders.
