New Delhi, 17 December 2025: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet have approved the proposal for the appointment of Shri Harish Singh Papola, IRPFS(2015) as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Communications and Development of North Eastern Region, Shri Jyotiraditya M. Scindia in the Ministry of Communications at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period upto 10.08.2028 with effect from the date of assumption of the post or co-terminus with the tenure of minister or until further orders.
