ACC has Approved the Grant of Apex Pay Scale To IPS Shri Praveen Vashista & Shri Rajesh Nirwan

New Delhi, 19 October 2025: The Appointment Committee of Cabinet has approved the proposal of Ministry of Home Affairs for the grant of Apex pay scale (Level-17 in the pay matrix) to the following IPS Officer with the immediate effect.

1. Shri Praveen Vashista, IPS (BH: 1991), Special Secretary (IS), Ministry of Home Affairs
2. Shri Rajesh Nirwan, IPS (Rajasthan: 1992), DG, BCAS
