Mumbai, 20 March 2025: Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of Tata Power Company Limited at its meeting held today, has approved the appointment of Shri Pramod Agrawal (DIN: 00279727) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, effective from April 15, 2025 for a term of 5 years commencing from April 15, 2025 to April 14, 2030, subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
