New Delhi, 01 March 2025: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal for appointment of Shri Abhay Jain, Director, CSS as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister of State for Corporate Affairs and Road Transport & Highways, Shri Harsh Malhotra in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs at the level of Director for a period upto 30.09.2028 with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or on coterminus basis with the Minister or until further orders.
