Mumbai, 23 September 2024: The Central Government, in exercise of its powers under article 121(l) of the Articles of Association of the New India Assurance Company Limited hereby appoints Shri Nidhu Saxena, MD & CEO, Bank of Maharashtra as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of NIACL with immediate effect for a period of three years, or till the date of his tenure as MD & CEO, Bank of Maharashtra, or until further orders.
