New Delhi, 31 August 2024: The Central Govt. has approved the appointment of Shri Dharmendra (IAS), (AGMUT: 1989) as the new Chief Secretary of New Delhi. He will replaces Shri Naresh Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 1987), whose extension ended on today (31 August 2024).
With the approval of the Competent Authority, Shri Dharmendra, IAS is hereby transferred from Arunachal Pradesh to Delhi and posted as Chief Secretary, GNCTD w.e.f.01.09.2024 or with effect from the date of joining, whichever is later as per order of Ministry of Home Affairs.
