New Delhi, 22 August 2024: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Narayana Ramachandra Gambhir as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food & Public and New & Renewable Energy, Shri Pralhad Joshi in Ministry of New & Renewable Energy at the level of Director (i) in relaxation of the upper limit of 5 years of working as PS/OSD in a Minister’s staff and (ii) in relaxation of 10 years of working in the personal staff of Minister in entire career, on coterminus basis with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post or till he ceases to function as OSD to the Minister or until further orders.
