New Delhi, 15 August 2024: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Prashant Kumar Jha, IRS (C&CE:2008), as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Minister of State (I/C) for Ministry of Science and Technology and Ministry of Earth Sciences; Minister of State for Prime Minister’s Office, Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, D/o Atomic Energy and D/o Space, Dr. Jitendra Singh in the Ministry of Science and Technology at the level of Director with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post and for the period upto 31 March 2025 or on co-terminus basis or till he ceases to function as OSD to the Minister or until further orders.
