New Delhi, 12 August 2024: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Bibhuti Bhushan, Asst. General Manager(Air Traffic Service), Airport Authority of India, as Officer on Special Duty to the Minister for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Shri Jitan Ram Manjhi, at the level of Director with effect from the date of assumption of the charge of the post on co-terminus basis with the Minister or till he ceases to function as OSD to the Minister or until further orders.
