ACC Approved Appointment of 5 IPS Officers as Joint Director, CBI M/o Home Affairs, GoI

New Delhi, 07 May 2024: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of Department of Personnel and Training for the Appointment of following 5 IPS Officer as Joint Director, CBI, under Ministry of Home, Govt of India.
1. Shri S. Veeresh Prabhu, IPS (MH:2005), presently working as DIG, CBI, as Joint Director, CBI, from the date of assumption of charge of the post for an overall tenure of five years upto 13 October 2027 or until further orders.
2. Shri Rajiv Ranjan, IPS (SK:2005), presently working as DIG, CBI, as Joint Director, CBI, from the date of assumption of charge of the post for an overall tenure of five years upto. 30 May 2026 or until further orders.
3. Ms. Sumedha Dwevedi, IPS (HP:2005), presently working as DIG, CBI, as Joint Director, CBI, from the date of assumption of charge of the post for an overall tenure of five years upto 07 February 2029 or until further orders.
4. Shri Vijayendra Bidari, IPS (TN:2005), presently working as DIG, CBI, as Joint Director, CBI, from the date of assumption of charge of the post for an overall tenure of seven years upto 18 July 2024 or until further orders.
5. Ms. Sharada Raut, IPS (MH:2005), presently working as DIG, CBI, as Joint Director, CBI, from the date of assumption of charge of the post for an overall tenure of seven years upto 25 July 2024 or until further orders.
