New Delhi, 20 March 2023: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Office of Secretary (Security), Cabinet Secretariat for the Extension of the 5 year normal central deputation tenure of Shri Rajiv Ranjan Bhagat, IPS (GJ:1998), for a further period of one year beyond 20.05.2023 and till 20.05.2024, in relaxation of lPS Tenure Policy.
Also, continuation of temporary upgradation of one vacant post of DIG in SPG to the rank of IG for
adjusting Shri Rajiv Ranjan Bhagat, IPS (GJ:98), in the upgraded post, in the Level 14 of Pay Matrix as a measure personal to the officer, for a further period of one year from 24.02.2023 to 23.02.2024 or till clear vacancy at IG level is available or till further orders, whichever is the earliest.
