The ACC Approved in-situ Upgradation of Officers as Addl. Secretary, Govt. of India

New Delhi, 11 August 2022 : The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved in-situ upgradation of the following officers to the level of Additional Secretary to the Government of India as a measure personal to them by temporarily upgrading the posts held by them:

1. Shri Manoj Sahay (IA&AS:94) Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance.
2. Ms. Parama Sen (IA&AS:94) Joint Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance as Additional Secretary, Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, Ministry of Finance.
3. Shri Bhuvnesh Kumar (lAS UP:95) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology as Additional Secretary, Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology.
4. Shri M. Maheshwar Rao (lAS KN:95) Joint Secretary & Financial Advisor, Department of Space as Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Department of Space.
5. Shri Shyamal Misra (lAS HY:96) Joint Secretary, Department of Home, Ministry of Home Affairs as Additional Secretary, Department of Home, Ministry of Home Affairs.
