Lucknow, 01 August 2022 : Dr. Mahendra Kumar (IAS officer of 2014 batch UP Cadre) has been taken charge as District Magistrate, Balrampur. Before this appointment, he served as Chief Development Officer, Kanpur Nagar and known for his dynamicity and dedication for the responsibilities of administration. By profession he was Sr. Resident doctor at AIIMS Delhi.
